Hi. My name is David, I am 18 and from the United States. I am a friendly person and believe that I am easy to get along with and also easy to talk to.

I love / appreciate all forms of art. I have found that paper and pencil are not everyone's best friend, and quite frankly.. they kick my ass. In turn I have found that computers are much more forgiving and easy to get along with. So I started to do "digital" art a few years ago. Nothing too serious, just messing around here and there. Recently I have started to do more and more of it and have become rather addicted to it. Now it seems like I can't stop!

Photo manipulations are probably my favorite form of art, and closely behind is photography, because you need photos for manipulations :]

I came to DA in hope to do a few things. Obviously to view others art work and show off my own, but not only that.. I think that one of the major aspects of art is criticism, whether it be good or bad. It is what helps people get from one piece to another.

I appreciate it when my work is commented on, even if it is someone saying that they hate it. If I can get that reaction out of someone then it means that I did my job, maybe not the exact way that I planned to, but I did it. I provoked an emotion in someone else over something that I had created.
